Safeguard On Demand Security Services is a California BSIS-licensed contract security company that staffs licensed security officers at client sites across the state. We serve commercial, residential, retail, construction, healthcare, education, and event clients from our headquarters at 200 N Tustin Ave, #210, Santa Ana, CA 92705, with regional offices in Northridge (Los Angeles), San Diego, Mountain View (Silicon Valley), and Sacramento.

We are a services business, not a software or product company. Every engagement is staffed by our own W-2 licensed officers and governed by a negotiated service agreement with site-specific post orders, a dedicated account manager, and 24/7 supervisor escalation.

Services include armed and unarmed security guards, uniformed standing posts, mobile patrol and alarm response, fire watch, retail loss prevention, access control, concierge and front-desk security, construction site security, executive protection, event and crowd management, and short-notice on-demand staffing.

Our officers carry tools that give clients real accountability: body-worn Meta smart glasses for hands-free first-person video and instant incident capture, an independent real-time reporting system that logs every GPS-verified patrol check with timestamp and photo into a client portal, and a Tesla patrol fleet with 360-degree cameras and continuous monitoring for faster response. These are internal tools our guards use on post, not products we sell or license.

Every officer is BSIS-licensed, background-checked, and trained in de-escalation, report writing, emergency response, and customer service. We are fully insured, with transparent hourly and flat-rate pricing and no long-term contracts required.
