ReuseIT is a Ukraine-based IT partner that helps businesses run on infrastructure that actually fits their budget and processes — instead of buying new where reuse, better process design, or the right integration would do the job.

We work across three connected areas:

IT infrastructure & equipment — we audit your existing hardware fleet, design infrastructure with an emphasis on resource reuse, and source equipment to fit your budget. We also handle resale of used equipment, buyback-sourced spare parts, and ongoing service.

Custom software, CRM & inventory systems — we audit business processes, draft technical requirements, and build CRM platforms or stock-accounting systems (in the spirit of 1C) backed by a well-designed data architecture, so you see the real picture of your warehouse and sales instead of guessing from spreadsheets.

Integration & operational management — we connect CRM, warehouse, website and messengers through APIs and webhooks, set up data exchange and failure alerts, and take on operational management so business processes run without interruptions.

Our process moves through four stages: audit and needs discovery, solution design, implementation, and support — we either run operations for you, or train your team to run the system on its own.

Tech stack: PHP, JavaScript, React, Make (Integromat), n8n, REST APIs and webhooks, CRM/ERP platforms, relational databases, Telegram/WhatsApp/Viber/Email integrations.
