Raven Automation was born out of Snap Tech IT, a successful MSP that has been focused and working on building automation for the past 2 years leveraging Rewst. Our team of automation experts are some of the first Rewst Certified Automation Practitioners and we are helping design the next level of certification with the Rewst team.

In Snap Tech IT, we have automated tickets like Dark Web Monitoring, Client Onboardings, SaaS Alerts, and Firewall Upgrades to name a few. Automation is now billing over 225 hours a week (the work of 5 service techs), which is enabling Snap Tech IT to deliver best-in-class service margins.
