Purclive India is a India-based HR consulting and corporate training firm founded by Dr. Vivek S. - Executive Coach, Psychotherapist, and Behavioural Sciences Expert with over 25 years of experience across organisations and individuals.

We work with mid-size and large corporates across FMCG, manufacturing, banking, and services sectors, delivering work that sits at the intersection of behavioural science, HR practice, and organisational capability.

Assessment Centre Design & Execution - We design and run competency-based assessment centres for large participant cohorts, including sales capability assessments, leadership assessments, and development centres. Our proprietary platforms - Pursona (psychometric) and Purgeon (behavioural interview) - enable structured, scalable, pan-India virtual delivery.

Leadership & Behavioural Capability Building - Customised programmes for managers, senior leaders, Business HR teams, and high-potential cohorts. Our Industrial Relations Framework Programme is specifically designed for HR and Admin heads in manufacturing and heavy industry.

POSH Training & Certification - TUV-SUD certified and She-Box approved POSH training, Internal Committee empowerment, and Train-the-Trainer certification programmes. Open cohort and in-house formats available.

Executive Coaching & HR Certification - One-on-one executive coaching for senior professionals, and open cohort certification programmes for HR practitioners including CRCP and CHRBP.
