Proaptus is a London-based AI software consultancy that turns AI from prototype to production. We build custom AI systems, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted custom software around the way teams actually work — engineering, operations, customer intelligence, document review, and delivery orchestration. The work is founder-led, source-aware, and shaped around the decisions, documents, and review points that already matter to the client.
