Prioritas provides payroll and HR outsourcing for small businesses, primarily companies with 5 to 25 employees. We offer two service models: full PEO co-employment, where clients operate under our existing state registrations, and payroll-only service for businesses that handle their own state registrations. Either way, we file and pay payroll taxes in every state where a client has employees.

Prioritas is based in Woodridge, Illinois, and grew out of Staffing Plus, Inc., which has operated since 1998. Our HR manager, payroll administrator, and HR director each bring 30 to 40 years of individual experience, with an average tenure on the team of over 20 years. That depth is what clients rely on when questions get complicated.
