Positive Futures is an AI-forward career coaching practice based in Vancouver, BC, helping knowledge workers get clear on what they're designed for and make smart career moves in a world being transformed by AI.

Founded by Jeff Baker, the practice combines two areas of deep expertise: personal blueprint discovery and AI-augmented career strategy. Most career coaches focus on the job search. We focus on something more fundamental: figuring out what you are actually built for before you make your next move.

Our signature Career Revisioning Program takes clients through a structured four-phase process that surfaces their talents, skills, motivators, and zone of genius, builds a visual model of their ideal work, explores aligned career options using AI-assisted research, and creates a concrete transition plan. Clients leave with diagrams they can reference, not just session notes.
