We've been successful by providing a superior customer support experience to our clients, who for many years were primarily medical practices.

Our support team has always provided support in-person, rather than defaulting to remote support. However, not all offices can afford or want to pay the higher prices associated with in-person support, so we also offer multiple remote computer support options.
