Focus on the design, development and deployment of marketing and sales strategies and technologies. Majority of work focuses on:

1. Leveraging advocates (and other customers) to drive leads and generate revenue

2. Ensuring consistency across the organization and each group’s customer facing platforms such as corporate website, support, community, etc). and backend systems, such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)

3. Driving the development and execution of customer lifecycle marketing focusing on acquisition and activation and retention and lifetime value and usage. Includes web based and mobile based offerings.
