Recruitment for our partners in EU countries

Recruitment, personnel search and selection is done according to agreement with our partners. For the most part our cooperation partners are recruitment agencies in European country, but sometimes we also rent personnel directly from a Latvian company for short term projects up to 6 months per year.

We recruite and provide staff mostly from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Ukraine for countries in Europe. Our added value is that after succesful recruitement we continue to be availbale for our workers to help in communication and in solving various admistrative issues that may arise while working in a foreign country. We select both highly skilled and also low qualified personnel.
