## About

Norvahl is a one-person studio: Haseeb, designer and engineer at the same desk. We build the systems small businesses still run by hand, and the websites and online stores they sell through.

Custom systems: lead routing that sends each enquiry to the right person in seconds, quoting engines that price a job from the customer's own inputs, one inbox that reads every channel (email, forms, WhatsApp, chat, social) as a single queue, client portals, and an AI assistant on any of those channels.

Websites and stores: WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, designed and built by the same person, then looked after month to month.

How a project runs. A thirty-minute call, free. Then a short scoping paper: what is manual, what goes first, what it costs. One fixed price. The real system runs on real infrastructure from the first week, with your own login. The code, the data and every account it runs on are in your name from day one.

Seal 'n Lock's WooCommerce store went from 59 to a steady 94 to 95 on mobile PageSpeed in four working days, with the server's first byte cut from 1,870 ms to 337 ms and 63 plugins reduced to 32.
