Nomtek is a digital product agency with ~100 consultants. For more than 17 years, we've designed and built 250+ products across iOS, Android, cross-platfom and web — from early validation to scaled, maintained platforms.

We go deep in three areas:

MedTech — patient-facing apps, clinical and diagnostic tools, and companion apps for connected devices, built for regulated environments and EU AI Act readiness.

HR Tech & Staffing — candidate and worker apps, scheduling and shift management, and platforms built for high-volume, high-churn user bases.

Field Force — apps for reps and technicians working on the move: inspections, service workflows, sales enablement (CRM), and offline-first data capture that syncs when connectivity returns.

Fullstack means we own the whole product, and we pick the stack around the problem — not the other way round. Cross-platform in React Native or Flutter when one codebase and speed to market win. Bespoke native in Swift or Kotlin when performance, hardware access, or platform-specific UX decide the outcome. Backend, integrations, and infrastructure follow the same logic: chosen against your constraints, existing systems, and in-house team. We add AI features — agentic assistants, voice interfaces, document and image processing — where they measurably improve a workflow, and build AR/VR for Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro when the use case calls for it.
