New Haircut provides product innovation consulting + training.

We spent our first 8 years in business as a software studio -- we designed + built digital products. Unfortunately, those products failed to create the impact we had hoped for. So we began to explore ways to improve our product design process.

We taught ourselves how to better and more efficiently conduct product discovery through methods like design thinking + design sprints, qualitative research, problem framing, and UX design. This provided us with the foundation to consistently create truly innovative and successful products.

Along that journey, we fell in love with our new product discovery superpowers.

Since then, we've continued to explore those tools and methods. What we've learned is that in order for there to be digital transformation, your culture must transform, first.

Today, we apply our expertise to teams looking to transform the products they make, along with how they're made. We use design thinking to enable teams to define an exciting company vision that aligns with their human, interpersonal values. We discover critical problems to solve in order to accomplish that vision, ideate + test solutions to solve those problems, and then roadmap those solutions toward execution and launch.
