Nest is an operations partner for founder-led agencies and B2B service companies. It closes the gap between how processes are supposed to work and how the company actually runs day to day, mapping the real workflow, surfacing the inefficiencies that cost time and margin, and putting the fixed process on the ground with the team that has to use it.

The model is a continuous monthly subscription rather than a project or a fractional engagement. Nest works as the founder's right hand on operations, staying alongside the company instead of stepping in and out. Delivery runs on monthly sprints, a weekly strategy call, a monthly session with the client's team, and asynchronous support, with every decision tracked in one place.

Nest is stack-agnostic and works across the tools clients already use, typically Notion, n8n, HubSpot and Slack, combining process design, workflow automation, CRM and internal AI operations. Operations come first and technology follows: automation is applied only where the process is already sound. Typical clients run between 15 and 30 people and have no dedicated operations manager.
