Neologic Custom Software is a boutique custom software development agency in Chicago, founded and led by Dmitriy Fridlyand.

We combine the accountability of a senior consultant with the engineering capacity of a full development agency. Dmitriy personally diagnoses the business problem, defines the architecture, and remains the single point of accountability throughout the project. A global team of 30+ senior engineers executes the build.

Our services include custom software development, web applications, custom CRM development, SaaS platforms, back-end development, AI integrations, workflow automation, system integrations, and modernization of existing software.

Our process is audit-first. Before production development begins, we map the workflows, identify hidden requirements, design a working prototype, and define the scope.

That allows us to provide a firm development budget upfront instead of relying on open-ended hourly billing.

We also believe custom does not mean building everything from scratch. Where it makes financial sense, we reuse proven components, APIs, open-source foundations, and AI-assisted development so the budget goes toward the business logic that actually needs to be custom.
