MoiraCorp is a UK consultancy that helps regulated financial firms scale operations without adding headcount or compliance risk.

We work with Financial Advisers, FinTechs, Private Equity, Venture Capital firms and other Regulated Businesses that are hitting the ceiling of manual processes — file reviews, invoice validation, KYC, onboarding, reporting, portfolio analysis and need a way to move faster without breaking their regulatory obligations.

Our engagements are built around three principles: automate what is rules-based and make it fully auditable; apply AI only where judgement is required, with human oversight and full logging; and design every workflow to withstand scrutiny from the FCA, an internal auditor, or your own board.

Recent work includes rebuilding a UK financial adviser's back office on Plannr and passing our own FCA API application using AI-driven regulatory analysis. Our founders bring more than 40 years of combined experience in financial services and technology.
