Mocha was founded in 2014 by Gemma Orton, after spending 8 years in the sports industry in top level marketing positions. During this time, Gemma recruited several ‘agencies’ but experienced frustrations. It was this that led her to believe there was a gap in the market to be filled and so Mocha was born…
