MindInMotion was founded by Baltimore native Joshua Land and Boston transplant Victor Fink in 2012. We met in a 16mm filmmaking class in college and quickly bonded over our obsession with movies. Since then, we've made five feature films together and grown a company making video for clients who care about quality.

With 100+ clients served and 1.8M+ video views, we specialize in full-service video production—handling everything from concept to final delivery. Our services span commercial (TV spots, social media ads), corporate (recruitment videos, training content, testimonials), film (feature films, documentaries), and post-production (editing, color grading, VFX using Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve).

With offices in Baltimore, MD and Orlando, FL, we serve clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
