"Meridian Cyber Logic is a Minneapolis-based cybersecurity advisory firm focused exclusively on law firms and accounting firms in Minnesota and the Midwest.

We audit before the auditor arrives.

Most professional service firms have the right technology in place. What they are missing is the written governance documentation that the FTC Safeguards Rule, the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, and cyber insurance carriers now require — a written information security program, a designated Qualified Individual, a documented incident response plan, and vendor risk management controls.

That gap is what we close.

Our founder and vCISO, Wreh Doe, works directly with managing partners and CPA firm owners to build their complete compliance documentation library, act as their designated security leader, and ensure their firm is prepared for any carrier questionnaire, regulatory inquiry, or audit — before it arrives.

We operate on a monthly retainer model that gives firms ongoing compliance management, proactive regulatory monitoring, and direct access to executive-level cybersecurity leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.
