&Menzel helps established Shopify lifestyle brands grow more profitably — not through isolated platform metrics or single channels, but by connecting acquisition, first purchase and repeat purchase into one economic system.

Many D2C brands grow revenue while profitability, customer value and cash flow don't scale at the same rate. The reason usually isn't the channel itself, but which products new customers buy first, which segments create long-term value, and how profitable growth actually is after marketing, product and operational costs.

That's why we don't optimize inside the ad account in isolation. We run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search & Shopping) and Klaviyo email & retention as one connected system, steered on Blended CAC and CM3, not on ROAS.

Our focus: established Shopify brands from €70k/month in Fashion, Interior, Beauty, Wellness and Home & Living. We work primarily with brands in the DACH region, and also support international, including US-based, brands. We work deliberately with a small number of selected brands.
