She is a Virginia native with a 20 year career in law and politics who picked up her Canon and hung up her lobbying shoes after marrying Randy and moving to Illinois. Her career experiences include working as an intern in the White House, serving as a member of a Governor's personal staff, lobbying for the Medical Society of Virginia, serving as an Assistant Attorney General, Employment Law and serving as a lobbyist for State Farm a Fortune 500 insurance company. Her work has appeared in Oak Brook Life, Neighbors of Westmont and Neighbors of Darien magazines. The Chicago Tribune and Crain's.

Martika possesses a unique combination of corporate and political background and right brained and left brained communication skills. She interacts with her clients and subjects to create images with a dash of elegance and a touch of whimsy where appropriate.
