## About

I build automation for small businesses. Quotes, invoices, chasing payments, moving information between systems that were never designed to talk to each other: the work that has to happen but that nobody started a business to do.

I spent forty years as an engineer, at Polestar, Aston Martin, Toyota and Siemens, before moving into automation. That background matters more than it sounds. Automation is a process problem before it is a software problem, and most of the failures I see come from automating a bad process faster rather than fixing it first.

I work directly with the owner. There is no account manager and nothing is handed to a junior. I will tell you when automation is the wrong answer, which happens more often than the industry admits.

The work runs on tools you own and can keep: n8n, Supabase, Xero, and whatever you already use. Nothing is locked to me.
