LucidITy staff, bassed in Bialystok, Poland, is a team of well trained engineers, seven of whom hold PhDs in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering and Electronics.

LucidITy is predominantly active in Software & Hardware:Design and development of high-level software (Java, Kotlin, Rust, Go, C++, Python); Design and development of low-level software (firmware and bitstream) as well as hardware components (complete with up to 24-layer PCB boards with housing). LucidITy supplies its hardware and software solutions to the security industry, governmental and European institutions and the private sector. The company is based in Bialystok.

LucidITy's projectes encompass years of experience developed with Swiss, European, Mid-East and USA partners in the areas of RF & telecommunications engineering, security and software for Medical devices as well as subscription & logistics management as part of an extended workbench arrangement or through development of entire projects.

The company, through its employees, is affiliated with the Bialystok Technical University, which provides access to engineering graduates.
