Logic Square Technologies builds custom software for companies whose operations are too specific for off-the-shelf tools. We've done it since 2012 — it's the whole company, not a side practice.

We're veteran-owned: SDVOSB, HUBZone certified, and SAM registered. For clients selling into government or regulated markets, those certifications create real procurement access. Just as important, a veteran-led shop runs with discipline — clear communication, accountability, and follow-through from scoping to delivery. Founder & CEO Vineet Harbhajanka brings Amazon experience. President Tim Branyan is a service-disabled USAF combat veteran and founder of TrueFanz. CRO Silouan Green is a former USMC aviator.

We handle two kinds of work. Operational software — the systems that run an existing business, including loan-closing platforms, school management, field operations, and transaction-heavy back offices. And product software — where the software is the business, for founders who need to reach production quickly and reliably.

Our track record speaks for itself. CloseWise runs engineering behind more than $21 billion in loan closings. TrueFanz grew from idea to launch to 200,000+ users. Smoothire supports roughly 180,000 candidates and has been in production for two years. For CES Schools, our platform cut accreditation-audit prep across ten Cognia-accredited campuses from days to under four hours.

Before writing code, we work through the build-vs-buy-vs-AI question honestly — sometimes the right answer is not to build at all, and we'll say so. We work in small dedicated teams with a reachable project manager and US–India time-zone coverage. Most of our clients come to us through referrals.
