LA NPDT is a full-service product development company founded in 2015 in Ruston, Louisiana. We take products from idea to production: industrial design, mechanical and electrical engineering, prototyping, DFM and manufacturing support under one roof.

We work with inventors, startups and established manufacturers who have a product idea or an unfinished design and need one team to carry it through to a manufacturable, shippable product.

Unlike on-demand manufacturing marketplaces, which quote parts from a finished CAD file, we start earlier: feasibility, concept design, industrial design, mechanical and electrical engineering, prototyping, design for manufacturing, and management of tooling and low-volume production. Clients come to us when they do not yet have drawings a parts vendor can price.

Over 1000 new product development projects and counting.
