Takeover & Stabilization Review. Fixed fee. We assess the codebase, backlog, team, and delivery risk, then hand you a written 30/60/90 plan. Take it and run, or continue with us.

Managed Development Retainer. 40-hour monthly minimum, 30-day cancellation, weekly Friday progress reports. You own the code and IP from day one.

Fixed-Scope Project Build. Milestone pricing for clearly defined work: MVPs, feature packages, migrations, rebuilds. $15K minimum. No blind quotes.
