We are a Houston, Texas AI training, integration, and governance consultancy founded by a Certified Public Accountant (Marcus Jonesi, CPA, PMP) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Cristen Jonesi, LCSW, PMP). That pairing is deliberate. Financial discipline tells you whether an AI initiative is worth doing. Behavioral expertise tells you whether your people will adopt it. We bring both to every engagement.

Our three service lines map to where organizations get stuck: AI Integration Workshops for teams who need fluency and governance guardrails; Professional AI Coaching for managers translating pilots into repeatable workflows; and Ongoing Consulting Retainers for executive teams building AI as a durable operating capability.
