JobSure provides high-level executive assistant and Chief of Staff services to growth-stage founders and CEOs who need more than task-based support. We help busy executives reclaim 15-20 hours per week by building operational systems, managing complexity, and protecting their time with precision.

Founded by Miriam Njoroge, a former executive assistant to C-suite leaders at high-growth companies, JobSure was created to solve a problem she witnessed repeatedly: brilliant leaders drowning in administrative chaos, their strategic potential buried under calendar conflicts and operational tasks.

We offer three levels of support:

Operations Management - Calendar coordination, email management, vendor relationships, and meeting coordination for CEOs spending 10+ hours weekly on admin work.

Strategic Executive Partnership - Full operational support plus project management, compliance coordination, team liaison, and strategic initiative execution for founders scaling fast.

Chief of Staff Services - Complete executive operations including strategic planning support, cross-functional coordination, board meeting preparation, and operational systems design.
