Most 3PLs promise the world and hand you a ticket number. Growing brands are forced to choose between care and scale. We built Jetpack to prove you can have both.

We're a next-gen fulfillment and shipping platform for ecommerce brands doing 1K+ orders/month who are tired of feeling invisible at their current 3PL. Our thing? Pairing legitimately massive infrastructure (65+ warehouses, ML-powered routing, carrier intelligence) with something the industry forgot existed: people who actually give a damn.

We call it Jetpack Care — real-time Slack channels with a dedicated manager and full executive visibility on every conversation. No chatbots. No ticket queues. No "we'll circle back in 48 hours." When something breaks, our whole team sees it and swarms it. When nothing's broken, we're already optimizing.

The tech runs deep. We've built three proprietary IQ engines that work together across the entire shipment lifecycle:

Multi-Hub IQ uses machine learning to position inventory closer to demand — cutting transit times up to 3x and costs up to 45%.

Carrier IQ selects the optimal last-mile carrier for every shipment based on destination, weight, and real-time performance.

Delivery IQ watches every package after it ships — so you know before your customer does. Powered by Scout, our AI prediction engine, it calculates actual delivery probability, detects at-risk shipments before they become complaints, and auto-files carrier claims on lost packages without you lifting a finger.

That last part is what we're most proud of. A shipped package is where most 3PLs stop paying attention. For us, it's where things get interesting.
