Implecio is an independent Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm based in Geneva, for difficult, sensitive or decisive appointments in Switzerland and internationally. Our core: technology functions first, with a strong appetite for Financial Services (private banking, asset management, wealth management). We also work for industry, luxury and watchmaking. We publish no job ads and have no candidate pool to place. Every mandate starts with a map of the market: who holds the role, where, for whom, on what terms.
