We are an Australian consultancy founded by Nitin Sharma, a Cloud and DevOps practitioner with 18+ years of hands-on experience. Deep in Linux systems, AWS, Containers, CI/CD, Cloud architecture, and building high-performing DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams. Foundational understanding of GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure across both Cloud and AI offerings.

Our flagship product is the Agentic AI Readiness Audit, a fixed-price assessment that scores your organisation across six dimensions: Cloud infrastructure, data quality, DevOps maturity, team capability, governance, and strategic alignment. You receive a scored report, a 90-day prioritised roadmap, and a board-ready executive summary.

We also offer Strategic Assessment and Enablement (operating model, delivery process, tooling audit, Cloud costing, risk management) and Embedded Leadership and Execution, where we work inside your team to remove delivery bottlenecks and ship outcomes.
