We build AI systems that run in production — not pilots that stall after the demo. Most AI projects don't fail on the model. They fail at integration: connecting a model to a CRM, a document store, an approval workflow and an audit log, then keeping it running when the API rate-limits at 4pm on a Friday. That integration layer is what we do. What we build AI workflow automation — enquiry triage, lead routing, data movement between systems, recurring reports. Typically 3–12 workflows live in two to four weeks. Document intelligence — extraction, validation and routing for invoices, contracts, claims and forms. We write the accuracy benchmark into the contract, so "working" is a number both sides agreed to, not an opinion. RAG and conversational systems — retrieval over your own documents, with permissions, citations and a defined human hand-off. Including WhatsApp Business API assistants. AI-native products — full builds where AI is the core of the product, not a feature bolted on afterwards.
