We provide hiring & onboarding services designed to attract and retain the best remote talent for small and medium businesses. Our services include

developing a hiring plan (finding the best suitable channels to post the job, promoting the job posting)

selecting candidates for each stage of interviews

conducting interviews using a set of questions that best determine candidate's suitability for a. the position, b. working remotely

creating a personalized test task (e.g. for sales reps can be role play, for content marketers can be writing a piece of original content, etc - we get creative with it)
