GROW builds custom software platforms and AI systems, then keeps them running in production.

Klerk, our autonomous AI agent, serves 16 clients in live production across pharmaceuticals, public sector, and e-commerce, in Croatian, English, and German.

We engage two ways: we take a product from architecture through launch and own it after, or we place senior engineers directly into your team.

Recent work includes mobile deployed in 25+ Croatian cities with Libusoft Cicom, a restaurant application for British American Tobacco, and the Aktrion web platform.

Backend and architecture. Frontend and mobile. AI and data science. We pick the technology to fit the problem, ship in two-week increments, and review every line before it reaches production.

The visual side is not outsourced. We sit in a group with feel art and IZI agency, so brand identity, UI and UX design, video and motion, 3Dvisualization and AR, and interactive installations come from the same building as the engineering. One team, one timeline, no handoff between a design vendor and a development vendor.
