## About

Gavn Software is a specialist AI and software engineering consultancy in Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark. We help Danish and Nordic organizations turn ambitious AI goals into reliable systems that hold up in production.

We are software engineers first. Most AI projects fail on the foundation rather than the model, so we start with architecture, data, and the failure cases, and deploy AI only where it genuinely beats a simpler approach. That discipline comes from where we have worked: critical flight-planning infrastructure, security operations, and healthcare systems.

- AI Readiness Assessment: a two-week diagnostic producing a prioritized, costed plan
- AI Workshops: one to three days, hands-on, for engineering and leadership teams
- Consulting and development: end-to-end, from technical specification to daily operation

We are deliberately small. You talk directly to the engineer designing and building your system, with no account layer in between. Both founders hold an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from DTU and guest lecture there on AI and agentic engineering.
