FullyCoded is a software and web development studio based in Cornwall, with nearly twenty years of experience and AWS Partner status. We build digital products for businesses across the UK - startups, growing teams and established SMEs that want software built to last.

Services: bespoke web application development, WordPress, Shopify, API integration, AI integration, cyber security consultancy and awareness training, and managed hosting on our own UK-based, eco-friendly infrastructure.

We are a small studio of senior engineers, with structured project management running through every engagement - defined milestones, regular progress reviews, and a clear point of contact from day one. Clients work directly with the people writing the code, from scoping through to launch and long-term support. Every project is documented, hosted on infrastructure we manage, and built so it keeps running long after we ship.

Alongside client work we build and operate our own commercial products: SantaBooker (booking platform for Santa visits), SantaCall (phone calls from Santa), SantaPost (personalised letters from Santa), and TLDTrack (domain monitoring and management for agencies). Running our own software means we know what it takes to launch a product, support a userbase, and keep iterating after the initial release.

When a project needs specialist design, UX research or SEO, we bring in partners we have worked with for years. You get the right people for the work without the overhead of a full-service agency. We work with clients across the UK, remote or in person — whichever fits the project.

We write clear scopes, communicate in plain English, and give honest advice about the simplest way to solve the problem in front of you.
