## About

Managing an operation from a distance creates blind spots. When a team misses targets, loses people, or stalls, headquarters rarely sees the root cause from thousands of miles away. The dashboards report activity and the real reasons never make it into a status update.

Most companies try to buy their way out of it. A trainer for the team, an agency for the work, a consultancy for the report. It works while they're there. The harder option, and the one that lasts, is building the capability inside with your own people.

Fractiond works with foreign companies operating across Thailand and APAC. We build sales, marketing, and client service teams that perform, and step into leadership seats when a team is missing its leader.

How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. Two weeks for an owner-led business, 30 to 60 days for a subsidiary with its own management team. We work on the ground and talk to the people doing the work, not just the leadership team, then give you a straight read on what is actually slowing you down and what fixing it would take.

From there, most programs run 60 to 90 days. We coach through real situations as they happen rather than in a classroom, hold the targets week to week, and where a seat needs filling we run the function ourselves until your permanent hire is ready. Where that person does not exist yet, we grow them into the role.

What we are not

We are not a training company and we do not hand over a report and disappear. The measure is not that we ran a session. It is how much the number moved. Every engagement ends with something that keeps working without us.

We are a small group of senior operators, not a large firm. You work with the person doing the work.
