## About

Forecasta builds AI systems designed to survive production, not just impress in a demo. We pair deep AI/ML modelling expertise with senior production-infrastructure experience on every project, combining agent design, RAG-based document search, forecasting models, voice/conversational agents, and the MLOps work needed to keep them running: monitoring, retraining, and a clean handoff to a person whenever the system is unsure.

Each engagement is scoped as a fixed-price, fixed-timeline project (typically 3–6 weeks), starting with a two-week AI opportunity audit for teams who want a scored, honest assessment before committing to a build. We work with only two clients at a time, so every project gets senior attention rather than a handoff to junior staff.
