## About

FlyDevs helps US companies extend their engineering teams with pre-vetted, senior developers from Buenos Aires — without the cost, delays, or overhead of domestic hiring.

We specialize in IT staff augmentation for US-based startups and scale-ups. Every engineer we place works embedded in your team: same timezone (EST/CST), fluent English, direct Slack access, and contributing to your codebase from the first week.

What makes us different:

— Senior only. No juniors, no talent marketplaces. We hand-pick every placement ourselves after a technical and cultural evaluation.

— Faster than recruiting. Most clients have their engineer onboarded in under 2 weeks — not 3 months.

— 40–60% cost savings vs. US hiring. A senior engineer from $60K/year, fully managed. No payroll, benefits, or compliance on your side.

— 98% retention rate across 100+ placements over 10 years. Your context, your codebase, and your momentum stay intact.

— Zero risk. If the match isn't right, we replace immediately at no cost.

Who we work with: SaaS startups, fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, and logistics companies building on React, Node.js, Python, React Native, AWS, and more.

Clients include: AstroPay (payments, 150+ countries), Kavak (LATAM's largest auto marketplace), AB InBev / TaDa (awarded Best Mobile App — eCommerce), and 100+ companies across the US, Europe, and LATAM.

If your engineering team needs to move faster — without the overhead of US hiring — FlyDevs is built for that.
