Five Star Assistants is an offshore staffing company that builds dedicated remote teams for U.S. small and mid-sized businesses. We source, vet, and place skilled professionals from the Philippines so our clients can grow their teams at 60-70% less than domestic hiring costs.

We work with business owners and operations leaders who need more than one hire. Not a freelancer for a quick project. A real team. SDRs, bookkeepers, customer service reps, executive assistants, marketing coordinators, appointment setters, project managers, and more.

Every candidate goes through a multi-stage vetting process before a client ever sees them. We handle recruiting, screening, and placement. The talent is contracted under FSA, not the client, so there's no employer liability or HR burden on their end.

No placement fees. One simple hourly rate. We manage everything underneath.
