Our legal team helps intended parents navigate all facets of assisted reproductive technology (ART) and the surrogacy process, including gestational surrogacy agreements, egg donation agreements, pre-birth parentage orders, surrogacy trust funds and acquiring birth certificate, passports and travel documents. We counsel surrogates and donors to protect their rights and pave the way forward, and we assist ART clinics and surrogacy agencies with legal documents such as disposition agreements for storage of embryos, eggs or sperm.
