With strategy at our core, we make our clients’ tools and technology easy to use, engaging, and effective by looking at the complete customer experience – analyzing every touchpoint with the core focus of understanding how real people, patients, doctors, mothers, fathers, payers – interact with an experience. Our process starts with real-life research, which means we put ourselves in the users’ shoes to see what they are seeing and experience what they experience. We then execute the best solution with zero bias towards a technology platform.

Our founders Douglas Rockhill and Shai Reichert have lead digital transformations for the largest health companies in the world over the past 20 years – including creating Bristol-Myers Squibb’s first digital sales aid, redesigning Cincinnati Children’s Hospital website, converting Allergan’s sales teams to be entirely digital, helping Johnson and Johnson reimagine how to onboard new employees, and creating first-in-market content marketing solutions for Opdivo.
