Elle Mathis & Co is a fractional HR consulting firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We work with founders, CEOs, and private equity firms who have outgrown manging their people processes on their own and understand the value in investing in their best assett early.

Our founder has been in HR since 2008 across recruiting, staffing, HR consulting, and executive HR leadership. Most recently she served as Global Head of HR at InMoment, the most senior HR professional in the company, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing 1,200 employees globally. Before that she ran a 7 million dollar staffing and HR consulting operation serving companies across manufacturing, healthcare, contact centers, and professional services.

Elle Mathis & Co was built on one belief: that growing companies deserve the same quality of HR infrastructure that enterprise companies have, without the enterprise price tag or the bloated headcount that comes with it.

We assess what exists, design systems specific to your company, build every document and framework, train your managers, and hand everything off. You own it permanently.
