## About

DRAX, an LCap Group company, specialises in leadership evaluation and executive change for 'mid' to 'large-cap' high-growth companies. We engage with both investors and directly with leadership teams to provide ideas for how the leadership team can be optimised to maximise their probability of success before and after the deal. Our consultants collaborate with our customers to guarantee that our unique analytics platform supports the executive shift to the leadership team, which ensures that every new appointment to the leadership team is optimised to produce the desired impact. We care about leadership because it is the fundamental driver of value creation.
