Every email that lands in spam instead of the inbox is revenue a business has already earned but never received.

Digistrat is a UK-based specialist email deliverability consultancy. We work with businesses where email is important to revenue, customer retention or users completing sign-up. We find the problems affecting inbox placement and fix them.

Most deliverability reviews check authentication, blocklist status and IP reputation. Those checks matter, but they rarely tell the full story. We also investigate sender reputation, list quality, sending behaviour, domain architecture and how lifecycle messages interact across the complete sending estate. This is often where we find problems that a standard technical review has missed.

Our Deliverability Review and Fix combines investigation with implementation. Clients receive a written report and agreed plan within three to five business days. We then work alongside their team across a 45-day window to implement the agreed quick fixes, with weekly working sessions and direct access throughout.

Founded by James Deacon after nearly a decade in email as well as senior customer success and deliverability roles at SendGrid and Twilio.

We also provide annual Ongoing Monitoring and specialist support for ESP migrations, IP warm-up, authentication setup and reputation recovery.

Digistrat is platform-agnostic. We do the work rather than handing over a list of recommendations. We are not an email marketing agency, and we do not work with cold outbound senders or businesses using purchased or scraped data.
