You buy a sprint, not a month. Fixed scope, fixed price, senior engineers assigned to it, and a written update every working day. Median four days from the scoping call to the first commit. Each sprint ends with working software and a decision: run another or stop.

Dev Lab, Web: full-stack SaaS on Next.js and React. $1,150 per sprint.

Dev Lab, Mobile: React Native, iOS and Android from one codebase. $1,600 per sprint.

Commerce Lab: Shopify Plus, custom checkout, headless storefronts. $800 per sprint.

AI Lab: LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, AI features. $2,550 per sprint.

Add-ons, flat per sprint: DevOps $500, UI/UX $400, QA and Testing $600.
