Curriculo ATS is recruiting software with a personal AI hiring agent built in. The agent screens candidates, scores them, drafts outreach, and books interviews on its own. The recruiter approves at the decision points that matter and skips the rest.

Everything happens in a Gmail-style inbox. Each role becomes a thread. Each candidate becomes a thread inside that. Two-way Gmail sync means a candidate's reply lands in the right place automatically. No copy-pasting between your ATS and your email client. If you've used Gmail, you can run Curriculo ATS the same day.

We started Curriculo ATS in 2024 after watching too many recruiters drown in tools that were built for the hiring manager, not for the person actually doing the work.

Most ATS software forces recruiters to live inside dashboards, kanban boards, and candidate cards nobody updates. We rebuilt the whole thing around the inbox the recruiter is already in.

Today Curriculo ATS is used by in-house talent teams, recruiting agencies, and hiring managers at startups and SMBs. The autonomous hiring agent handles the volume work: screening hundreds of resumes per role, sending personalized outreach, scheduling intro calls.

The recruiter spends their time on the conversations that actually decide hires. Candidates are scored 0 to 100 against the role, with reasoning the recruiter can read and override.

No per-seat fees. The free plan scales with hiring volume, not with the size of your team.
