CQUELLE is a boutique custom software development company from Hamburg, Germany, with engineering teams in Ukraine, Poland, and Romania. Founded in 2019. We build and extend products for healthcare, fintech, edtech, insurtech, and enterprise clients on a .NET, Python, and React/Next.js stack, including AI features built on large language models.

You inspect the process. Direct access to every repository, sprint board, and standup from week one. Nothing merges without code review and a green CI run.

You own the code. 100% of the source, documentation, and IP is yours from the first line — a standard clause in every contract.

AI inside guardrails. Our developers use Claude and Cursor daily, under project rules, automated tests, and human review — faster on boilerplate and test scaffolding, never at the cost of review.
