We build engineering teams in Latin America (but primarily Costa Rica) for US companies. Developers, QA, and BAs who work in Central time, so they sit in your standups instead of sending updates overnight.

A lot of our recent work is AI. Our teams have shipped LLM features into live products, built document processing pipelines, and put recommendation and forecasting models into production. Real releases that had to pass a client's code review, not demos.

Over 90% of the engineers we place are still on the client's team a year later, which is where most nearshore engagements fall apart. Our clients range from enterprise companies in education and financial services to US product companies tired of a revolving door of contractors.
