Coder Crew builds custom AI and automation for established small businesses. We take the work a company still does by hand: answering calls, capturing and qualifying leads, quoting, scheduling, moving data between tools. We build systems that do it instead. Founded in 2020 and led by Mustafa Shaheen.

What we build: AI phone and text agents that answer every call, ask your qualifying questions, and book the job or route the lead. Lead capture and follow-up that responds in under a minute. Back-office automation for quoting, scheduling, and the data your team retypes between tools. And the custom web and mobile software these systems run inside, when a business needs one built.

How we work: every engagement starts with a paid audit, not a proposal. One week inside your operation, ending with a working demo of AI handling a piece of your actual workflow and a build plan with real prices. The fee is credited in full toward the build and refunded if we find nothing worth automating. Builds are fixed-price with a written go-live date; miss the date and you don't pay. We don't sell hourly development. Our flagship After-Hours Answer System is $5,000 to $10,000 fixed, installed on your existing number and live in 14 days.
